Steps 1-14

Step 1 Stop eating garbage !!!

You must stop eating meat, white refined sugar, fast foods, soda's, candy (especially chocolate), dairy and soy.............

Step 2  Drinking plenty of room temperature spring water !!! Dr. Sebi highly suggest

You must stop eating meat, white refined sugar, fast foods, soda's, candy (especially chocolate), dairy and soy............. Eat only what's on the list of real foods. For some people it will be harder to stop eating meat, dairy and sugary foods than others, so tapper yourself off by eating a little less meat and sugar each day, until you are meat and sugar free. I’ll give you a list of real foods you should only eat later in this manual.

Room temperature water is best, because cold water shocks your heart........Dr. Sebi highly suggest drinking room temperature spring water. Up to 1 gallon. Remember, sip, do NOT guzzle water. Which spring water is the best to drink? There are so many companies selling filtered water nowadays, you don't know which one is the best! My suggestion to you is to use Amazon, Google or Yahoo and research for yourself the water that you are drinking, or are going to be drinking. Do not rely on websites that have the company’s name in the web address. These website's are owned and controlled by that particular company, therefore, of course their going to say their water is the best. Read the sites that have nothing to do with that particular water company or companies.

Step 3 Bowel Movements !!!!!!!

Colon cleansing must be done before fasting, but only if you are NOT having daily regular bowel movements!
I can't express this one enough! You should have at least one bowel movement per meal, per day. In other words, if you eat three meals a day, you should have three bowel movements a day, or at least two full ones. If you're not, which a lot of people aren't, (meaning you are stopped up) we need to get you moving. I have a recommended colon cleanse on my website.

Step 4 Real foods vs. hybrid plants

Hybrid: A cross between two other plants created by man........

For many years, I didn't know the difference between what real foods were, and what hybrid plants were. I am a 60s baby and a 70s child, therefore, I have seen many changes over the years. Little did I know that most of these changes were bad for your health. I remember when I was young, my father would bring home a watermelon, and every one had an abundance of black seeds. Sometimes it was hard to enjoy it because every bite had so many seeds in it. Those were God made watermelons.

Step 5 Start eating real foods

The human body is made up of approximately 102 minerals, and these minerals must be replenished on a daily basis......

  I use to eat oatmeal or grits every morning for breakfast. I had no idea they really didn't have any of the vitamins or minerals that the FDA claimed they had. Oatmeal, grits, bacon, eggs, pancakes, milk, hash browns etc., all have little or no minerals in them

Step 6 How to Cook Properly....

 You can't get nutrition from a dead plant........

Growing up with a Southern cooking mom, she cooked like most southern people do. Everything was cooked until it was tender. Now that may work with meats, but with vegetables it's a different story. Reason being, if the vegetable is tender (soft) you killed it, you can't get nutrition from a dead plant. You only have to cook vegetables for about 4-6 minutes no matter whether it’s stir fried or steamed. The clock starts from when the steamer or the pan is already hot.

Step 7 Which oils to use for cooking

Olive oil is NOT for cooking.........

Do not use vegetable oil, canola oil, etc. These oils are made by man. Those oil's cannot be processed by the human body. Olive oil has been around since the beginning of time. Look in the Bible, it mentions olive trees and olive oil. Never does it mention canola oil, vegetable oil, etc. That is why churches use it for prayer oil, but never using the other oils. Never use olive oil for cooking. It loses it's nutritional value when heated !!! It is meant to be ingested raw. Grape seed oil, Hemp seed oil, Avocado oil, Sesame oil may all be used for cooking !!!!

Step 8 Do NOT use microwave ovens....EVER.....

Microwave ovens kill the nutritional value in food...

Using a microwave is the worst way to heat or reheat your food. Why? Microwaves heat from the inside out, not the outside in like a gas or electric stove does.  If you heat or reheat food using a microwave oven, you will have no reason to eat it, because the microwave oven kills the nutritional value of the food.

It is best to use a toaster oven instead !!!

Step 9 No non-stick or aluminum pots and pans......

.In order for the non-stick stuff to stick to the pan, man has to use a chemical......

Guess what happens every time you heat the pan? That same chemicals fumes are released into the air in your home and into your food. Use glass, stainless steel or and old school cast iron skillet for cooking ONLY !!!!!

Step 10 No artificial sweeteners

Please do NOT use white refined sugar, high fructose corn syrup, or sugar substitutes. They are all made by man and no matter which one you choose....

Aspartame artificial sweeteners can cause illnesses such as: Anxiety, candida, obesity, ADD, headaches, tooth decay, diabetes, memory loss, etc,......

Step 11 Stop smoking, drinking alcohol, coffee, energy drinks, sodas......

Step 12 No water fasting without using minerals!!!!

The human body must have God made minerals on a daily basis in order for all the organs to function properly......

Cigarettes are filled with poisons such as arsenic= lethal poison, methanol=used in rocket fuel, naphthalene=moth repellent, carbon monoxide=found in exhaust fumes, etc., all being deadly.

I have seen countless amounts of women on You Tube water fasting without using minerals. Yes, these individuals look good on the outside, but they are starving their organs on the inside. The human body/organs can NOT function properly without proper minerals !!!!!

Step 13 No working out while 21 day fasting!!!!!

The body can only do one thing at a time with energy: It either uses energy to keep you moving, or uses energy to heal itself..........

If you have any open wounds, cuts, bruises, etc., they do not heal during the day when you are up, out and about. They heal at night when you are sleeping. The same goes for organs healing themselves from damage due to improper eating. They will heal themselves while you are resting. You must NOT work out while fasting ! After you finish fasting, you can go back to your workout routine. It’s only for 21 days. If you are fasting for more than 30 days, a little exercise is OK after your energy returns to normal.

Step 14 The benefits of intermittent fasting !!!

Dr. Sebi only allows use to eat breakfast and lunch. That's it......

Proper healing can NOT be done without proper intermittent fasting. This is the time the body/organs need to cleanse themselves of unwanted waste that may be blocking the colon and intestines from being able to absorb nutrients.
