Step 17 How to taper off meat, dairy and sugar.....

If you can't go cold turkey, taper off....................

In my opinion, the first and biggest mistake people make when attempting to lose weight or attempting reversing illnesses (unless it's terminal) is going cold turkey. They go into their cabinets and refrigerators and start throwing out all meats and sugary foods. The only time I would say to do that is if you've been diagnosed with a terminal disease, then you must in order to begin to remove toxins, mucus and chemicals from your system immediately to save your life. However, if you're just out to improve your health, cold turkey is not necessary.

Step 18 Symptoms you'll experience during your fast !!!!!

Headaches are the number one side effect during fasting.......

Headaches, slight dizziness and weakness are all normal during a proper fast. These symptoms are a result of toxins and waste removing themselves from your head !!!!

Step 19 For those who choose to stop eating all together ......

Other than colon cancer, this step is NOT necessary................

Some may choose to go without eating food all together. That is your choice. However, other than colon cancer, this step is not necessary. Those who have colon cancer will need to stop eating because they will have to empty the intestines completely and leave it empty so it can rid the waste and reverse the cancer growth stuck to the colon walls.

Going back to eating garbage is a waste of time ........

After going through the 21 days of fasting, your aliments should be well under control or completely resolved. If your aliment still exist, continue to fast until it is completely gone. It will no longer be an issue, because by this time, you will not have the need for food like you did when you first started your fast.

Step 21 The power of prayer !!!!

Prayer strengthens your ability to make it through your fast.......

Never give up and never forget the power of prayer. If you fall off, don’t worry, just get back on track. A man can fall 7 times and God will still forgive him. I prayed 3 and 4 times a day asking God to heal my body according to his word. Ezekiel 47:12 says: The herbs are for the healing of the nation. It is also repeated again in Revelations 22:2. I hoped God would show favor and heal my body. Then I had faith it would come to pass. Don’t be afraid to hold God to his word

This is a summary of everything and my final words to my 21 steps to healing......

Step 1. Stop eating garbage. Step 2. Drink fresh clean room temperature spring filtered water. Step 3. Bowel movements. You must have at least 2 bowel movements per day. Step 4. Identifying real food from hybrid plants. Step 5. Start eating real food. Step 6. Don't overcook your food. Step 7. Use Avocado or Grapeseed Oil for cooking ONLY. Do NOT use Olive Oil for cooking. Step 8. Do not use microwave ovens for heating or reheating food. Step 9. No non-stick or aluminum pots or pans. Step 10. No artificial sweeteners. Step 11. Stop smoking, drinking alcohol, energy drinks, coffee and sodas. Step 12. No water fasting without using minerals! Step 13. No working out while 21 day fasting! Step 14. Understanding Dr. Sebi's position on disease. That there is only one disease, the build up of mucus. Step 15. Hosea 4:6 "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge"! Step 16. Eat only what's on the list of real foods. Step 17. Time to start fasting. Step 18. During the fast. You may feel headaches, tiredness, irritable, cranky, lack of enthusiasm, temporary blurred vision etc,. Step 19. Fast until you are completely healed, no matter how long it takes !! Step 20. Stick to the nutritional guide at least 90% of the time. Step 21. The power of prayer....Beware: YOU CAN PRAY ALL YOU LIKE, BUT GOD BLESSES YOUR DOING !!!

Dr. Sebi's definition of fasting....

Remember, it's a marathon not a sprint...

Dr. Sebi's definition of fasting:

Fasting does not mean don't eat. You will eat every day (breakfast and lunch). You will not eat anything else for the rest of the day through out the entire healing process. Not eating the rest of the day is the fasting.

It has been known since the beginning of time that a 21 day fast should clear your system of all toxins. Since the beginning of time also includes Christ. Jesus fasted for 40 days and 40 nights. God ordered the children of Israel to fast only eating unleavened bread for seven days. (Unleavened meaning: No spices or any other ingredients). Reason being: they were sinning due to the impurities in their bodies. They only had to fast for seven days back then because they did not have all the chemicals in the food we have today. Get your mind right and your body will follow.

During your fasting, you must have as much PEACE as you possibly can get. Let your family members know that you are fasting. If you have people in your life that are constantly causing you grief, stay away from them while you are fasting. If you can't get away from them because you live or work with them, do like I do, DON'T TALK IN THEIR PRESENCE. It is harder for them to work your nerves when you won't engage in an argument with them. Just say you're fasting and stop talking to them when they are being contentious with you.
Here's a summary on how to fast for the next 21 days !!!!
For the next 21 days, you will only eat two times a day, once in the AM and then again in the afternoon, just like we did at Usha village Honduras. You will NOT eat again till the next morning in the AM. For breakfast you may eat a plate of fruit which consist of any fruit on the nutrition guide. For lunch you may have a salad 'No salad dressing', (as much as you like) which consisted of Romaine lettuce, a few small cherry or plum tomatoes, and a few slices of cucumber w/o the skin. For the main dish, you may have any combination of the foods on the nutritional guide list, sauteed in grape seed or avocado oil only or steamed for approx 4-5 mins.. There's a link at the bottom of this page with a link to Ty's conscious kitchen on You Tube with over 50 delicious recipes that uses Dr Sebi's food list in this manual.

Salads can have unlimited fresh vegetables. No nuts, seeds, bean's etc, during the 21 day fast.  Do NOT cook with olive oil. It loses it's nutritional value when heated. Only cook with the oils I suggest in this manual.

Red, yellow and green peppers, along with onions, cherry or grape tomatoes, mushrooms (except shiitake), spinach, mixed greens, etc. can be added to your salads.
